What injuries are covered?
The Basic Injury Plan covers all accidental injuries that prevent you from working for 7+ days. This includes fractures, burns, lacerations, sprains, and more. Illnesses and pre-existing conditions are not covered under the basic plan.
What is the 30-day waiting period?
Your coverage doesn't start until 30 days after your first premium payment. This is a standard practice to prevent insurance fraud and protect all members. After 30 days, you're fully covered.
Can I name a beneficiary?
Yes, you can name a beneficiary (a family member or trusted person) during signup. If you're unable to file a claim due to severe injury, your beneficiary can file on your behalf.

How do I pay?
You pay with USDT on Solana network through your Phantom wallet. The monthly premium is $1, plus about $0.001 transaction fee. Payment is processed automatically and takes just seconds.
Can I use USDT on Ethereum?
No, we only accept USDT on Solana network. Solana offers much cheaper transaction fees ($0.001 vs $5-20), which helps us keep premiums affordable.
What if I miss a payment?
You have a 7-day grace period after your payment date. If you pay within 7 days, your coverage continues. After 7 days, your coverage lapses and you'll need to restart with a new 30-day waiting period.
Claims
How do I file a claim?
Log into your account, fill out the claim form, and upload required documents: (1) hospital records and diagnosis, (2) accident report, (3) photos of injury, (4) work inability certificate signed by employer. We'll review within 24 hours.
How do I receive my payout?
Once your claim is approved, you'll receive $300 in USDT directly to your Phantom wallet. Payment is processed automatically and takes just seconds. No banks or intermediaries needed.
